FitRanx combines the benefits of exercise with the motivation of a martial arts ranking system.  Why just work out month after month waiting for results?  Why not put your training to the test and earn your FITRANX?  Each level features an age and gender specific examination.  Each student will receive a ranking certificate and rank band.

This not only makes exercising more fun, it makes it a challenge, and a competition.
